We handle full roof replacements, targeted repairs, storm and hail restoration, emergency leak response, roof inspections, and seamless gutter and drainage work. A replacement is always a full tear-off rather than an overlay, so the decking gets looked at while it is open and anything soft is replaced before the new system goes down. We install architectural asphalt shingles from GAF and Owens Corning.
Our owners spent more than ten years investing in real estate and six of them renovating and reselling their own properties around Charlotte.
