By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Clever Key Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following SMS Terms & Conditions.
Opt-In and Consent
When you create an investor portal account with Clever Key Group, you may provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from us. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during registration or in your account settings, you expressly agree to receive text messages at the phone number provided.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without opting in to SMS communications.
Types of Messages
We may send you the following types of text messages:
- Payment Notifications: Alerts when a payment is processed, fails, or requires attention
- Account Status: Notifications about your account status, including when your account is locked or unlocked
- Billing Reminders: Reminders about upcoming invoices or outstanding balances
- Card Expiration Alerts: Notifications when your payment method is about to expire
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typically, you will receive messages only when there is important billing or account information that requires your attention. Most users receive fewer than 5 messages per month.
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us
- Account Settings: Log in to your investor portal and disable SMS notifications in your notification preferences

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Please note that opting out of SMS does not affect other communications such as email notifications.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any text messages you send or receive. Clever Key Group is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is compatible with most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
